We require that carriers and brokers be open and honest in their communication, have a proven track record of success, and have a proven track record of handling claims appropriately. We also require that carriers be licensed, bonded and insured.
We don't sell leads.
This is not a site to buy leads from. We don’t sell leads. We charge a small fee to help defray our administrative costs.
We are on your side, too.
We understand that there are just as many predatory customers as there are predatory carriers, and that some claims arise from this type of abuse. We also understand that things happen on the road – you accidentally scratched the roof of a car with your top deck, or curbed a tire, or found a low hanging tree. Life happens – it is all about how we deal with these issues when they arise.
